Annual licence fees
An annual licence fee is charged on all software products. This fee covers telephone and email technical support for the program such as installation issues, fixes etc. All program updates including major and interim releases via our downloads page. The annual licence fee commences on the first anniversary of purchase. There are no discounts on annual licence fees.
